One of our customers recently caught a sales rep cheating—he was trying to boost his commission in a very creative (and illegal) way.

But I'm not just sending this email to talk about the ingenuity of one rep's scheme.

I'm sending this email because I want you to know how to make sure your reps aren't defrauding you, and what to do if you catch someone crossing the line.
